Reading the ledger…
How to play
Eight things to know. Then you’re in.
- Sign in with TwitchYour adventurer is created the first time you act. Warrior by default; change class any time, free.
- !fightJoin the raid in a live channel. Everyone present rolls on the kill, even the dead.
- Vote the counterThe boss telegraphs. Chat votes BLOCK / DODGE / FOCUS / DISPEL. Majority wins; wrong calls hurt.
- !scryStay a few minutes, then scry: this channel’s boss, its weakness, and a rumour from elsewhere on the network. Scavenging skill shortens the wait.
- Train offline40 training fights a day in the panel — XP, dust and starter gear. Bosses keep the chase items.
- ForgeDust + boss materials + cinders become elemental gear. Forging is its own skill.
- Equip and goElements beat elements (Ember > Gale > Stone > Tide > Ember; Void and Radiance both-super). Bring the right weapon to the right boss.
- Show it offYour trophy page is public: gear, relics with lineage, skills, haunts.
How a raid happens
The stream starts. So does the fight.
Everything runs in chat and the panel. You don’t need the overlay to play — phones count.

A streamer goes live
Twitch or Kick tells us. Nothing to click.
- 00:01
A boss wakes
It appears on the overlay. Chat gets the call. Which boss it is — and its weakness — stays hidden until someone scries it.

Chat fights
!fightto join. The boss telegraphs; chat votes the counter. Your gear and element matter. - 00:22
The kill
Everyone who fought rolls — XP, cinders, loot. Dying costs your damage bonus, not your roll.

The item remembers
Every legendary and above is numbered and stamped with the channel it fell in — mint #, boss, date. Relics are one of one. Yours, on every stream.

Your corner of the world
Your character is yours. It isn’t one streamer’s.
Sign in once with Twitch and you have an adventurer that works in every EmberForged channel. Fight from chat or from the panel. Train offline. Forge gear from what you scavenge. Everything you earn sits on a public page you can link anywhere.
- Your feedWho you follow, who’s live, what dropped.
- Your trophy pageSkills, bosses slain, haunts, relics with every past holder.
- The HuntEvery opted-in live stream has a boss. Which one, and what it’s weak to, is hidden — watch for a few minutes and
!scryreveals it. - Lurkers stay lurkersYour character only shows up when you act.
Every item remembers
Loot with a hometown.
Other games hand out points. EmberForged hands out objects with a history. A legendary you win carries the stream it fell in — its name, the boss, the date, your mint number — into every other channel you visit.
- Forged inThe channel it dropped in.
- Dropped fromThe boss, and the date.
- Mint #Legendaries and mythics are numbered. Relics are one of one — when a holder goes idle, the relic returns to the world and the next claim joins its lineage.
- Held byThe adventurer who has it now — with their own public trophy page.
